Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galveston, Texas. This role involves handling high volume calls, assisting customers, and performing administrative tasks. The position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the customer service industry.Responsibilities: Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved Process order entries and schedule appointments as required by customers Maintain and update customer records accurately, ensuring data accuracy Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and analyze customer data Respond to email correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with parking passes as needed Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls. Experience in a call center customer service environment. Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Proficient in handling email correspondence professionally and promptly. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience in order entry and processing. Ability to schedule appointments effectively. Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education or certifications in relevant fields are considered a plus.
