Over 400 Residents enjoy an active lifestyle on a beautiful campus with fabulous dining options, activities and amenities!As the Chef Manager for our Skilled and Rehab Services on campus, the idealcandidate will be hands-on as needed, have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working with seniors, and managing and developing their team. Best qualified candidate will possess excellent leadership and culinary skills with previous senior living or healthcare experience preferred.The successful candidate will:

be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;

supervision of large-scale batch cooking;

ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;

have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;

ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or

have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
