Liberty Tax franchisee seeks an assistant manager with strong customer service skills, extensive tax background, and accounting/bookkeeping skills to help supervise a local office.
Responsibilities include:
- Office administration
- Personal and Business tax return preparation
- State Sales Tax and Franchise Tax preparation
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual bookkeeping and accounting processing
We're looking for a person full-time during tax season and part-time for the remainder of the year to help us provide the value and service our tax and small business accounting customers have come to expect. Liberty Tax Office Assistant Manager Summary:
As a Liberty Tax Office Assistant Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring outstanding customer service and daily supervision of the office floor.
Requirements include:
Prior tax and computer experience
Software experience including Drake, QBO, Payroll Software, Excel
Experience providing daily supervision
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Delegates effectively
Positive attitude
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
