Job Description:
Account Payable- Audit Input of Vendor bills and payments.
Account Receivable- Audit invoices, payments from customers, keep track of Accounts Receivables.
Excel- Ability to create a spreadsheet and run reports.
Support the close by preparing Journal entries.
Prepare Sales Commission Reports
Balance and audit ecommerce sales
Supervise and audit inventory check
Prepare Quarterly Sales Return
Bank Reconciliations.
Analyze and correct accounting entries.
Supervise account clerks.
Job Requirement:
Proficient in QuickBooks Pro
Proficient in Excel
Have a BA in Accounting.
Have at least 5 years related experience
Have superior attention to detail
Have elevated analytical skills and be curiosity driven
