Position Overview:
We are actively hiring motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while still providing opportunities for in-person collaboration at our office in The Woodlands, where we meet weekly. We welcome candidates with or without prior experience in the insurance industry. If you do not yet have your insurance license, we will assist you in obtaining it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs and financial situation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process.
- Attend weekly meetings at The Woodlands office to collaborate with the team and receive ongoing training.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to attend weekly in-person meetings at The Woodlands office.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
