Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Rep - Corporate Housing. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction in the corporate housing division. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with their housing needs, addressing inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and coordinating with property owners and vendors. This role is primarily based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
