We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team in Houston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.Process and post customer payments accurately and efficientlyGenerate and send invoices to customers in a timely mannerReconcile accounts receivable ledgers and investigate discrepanciesFollow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection procedures when necessaryCommunicate with customers regarding account status, payments, and discrepanciesPrepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reportsAssist in month-end closing procedures and financial reportingCollaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and disputesMaintain accurate customer account records and documentationImplement and improve accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency
