It is one of the nation's original three comprehensive cancer center's designated by the National Cancer Institute.The ideal candidate will possess at at least four years of administrative experience to provide administrative support to the Medical Staff & Credentialing Services leadership, organize activities within the department, and support medical staff functions related to FPPE and other credentialing duties.KEY FUNCTIONS
Provide professional support to the Director, Associate Director and leadership to include, but not limited to, calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, ordering supplies, and maintain vendor subscriptions.
Serve as primary support for accurate and efficient data entry of completed FPPE's in the ECHO credentialing database.
Manage all paperwork related to provider's delegates.
Process delegate forms accurately and timely.
Maintain an excellent level of communication with all departments.
Promptly respond to emails.
Other duties as assigned.
EducationRequired: High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred: Associate's degree.ExperienceRequired: Nine years administrative experience to include two years in a healthcare environment or related field.
