- Provide technical support services for a growing portfolio of applications used by business users and clients
- Gather and document relevant information needed from intake to closure of support requests
- Partner with other IT functions as necessary to resolve support requests
- Facilitate communication between 3rd party vendors or internal teams needed to drive issues to resolution
- Communicate status of support progress to stakeholders
- Provide consultation for the functional use of the application
- Recommend best practices and alternative solutions during solutioning
- Install, configure, and administer supported applications
- Plan and analyze impacts of changes or upgrades to existing applications
- Create clear documentation for end users and other support team members
- Assist in tracking and prioritization of overall team support requests
- Partner with the business and dev team to takeover support of new applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-oriented field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6 years of experience in technical roles focusing on application support, IT help desk, IT operations, Software Development, or Systems analyst
- Experience supporting ERP and/or CRM applications
- Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
- Salesforce
- Experience writing and executing SQL Queries
- SharePoint or MS Teams
- Experience leading multi resource projects or initiatives
- ArcGIS
