Description Our client in the galleria area is looking for an AP expense analyst who is familiar with concur to join their team. This team is 100% onsite and can start as soon as next week. Responsibilities: Accurately review and process employee expense reports in adherence to company policies Manage the configuration and maintenance of the Concur system, including user account setup and approval workflows Act as a liaison for expense-related queries, fielding employee inquiries related to travel and expense reporting Ensure proper reconciliation of expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions Implement process improvements to streamline and control company spending effectively Monitor the aging of unsubmitted expense reports to ensure policy compliance Conduct routine training sessions for new hires on how to use the Concur system Collaborate with the Accounts Payable (AP) team and support them in their duties Troubleshoot Concur issues and technical errors with the Concur Support Team Administer accounts for new employees and practices and approve company expense report payment batches.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Extensive experience with Concur Expense Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes Understanding of Department Expense and Depreciation Expense Demonstrated skills in Expense Control and Expense Management Familiarity with NetSuite software Ability to collaborate with teams effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
