This role is essential to our financial management and involves a range of responsibilities including managing accounting functions, ensuring company revenue recognition, and preparing financial statements. The individual will be working closely with our team to ensure the smooth running of our financial processes.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes Be responsible for understanding and applying accounting software systems to manage and analyze financial data Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy as well as oversee all internal controls processes Ensure the use of ERP solutions to enhance business operations Oversee the audit process, liaise with external auditors and manage financial audits Manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements Monitor and analyze accounting data, produce financial reports or statements and establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Ensure the company's financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ERP Solutions Ability to manage Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Skills in Auditing Understanding of Company Revenue Recognition Proficiency in using NetSuite Ability to maintain Internal Control Experience in Month End Close processes Ability to prepare Financial Statements Experience in conducting Financial Statement AuditsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
