Be the point of contact: Develop outstanding customer service skills. Sit in on multiple simultaneous live chat sessions to provide exceptional customer service. Answer inbound Calls. Provide basic troubleshooting on a variety of products and services.

Execute with Excellence: Analyzing payment history/notes and clearly communicating account statuses to customers

Define Sutherland’s Reputation: Work sensitively with each customer to find a win-win situation that achieves your objectives

Drive the Business Forward: Take the initiative and work independently in a target-drive environment that rewards you for your efforts

QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:

High School Diploma (required)

Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM

Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel

Ability to maintain a calm, professional and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
