Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Houston, Texas. The role involves working in a high volume call center/customer service environment, and it requires a strong attention to detail and clear and effective communication skills. This position will also offer the flexibility of a hybrid/remote working arrangement.Responsibilities: Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring fast response times Providing exceptional customer service to all clients Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Keeping precise customer credit records Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Managing data entry tasks and maintaining the accuracy of information Handling email correspondence with clients in a timely and professional manner Scheduling appointments for customers as needed Ensuring the reliability of the service provided in this hybrid/remote role. Requirements Possession of excellent customer service skills Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks Able to correspond effectively via email with customers and team members Capability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Open to individuals with no prior work experience Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the healthcare industry.
