Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Level II on the Eastside of Columbus. This role is crucial in our day-to-day operations, providing IT support within our warehouse facility. You will work closely with IT subject matter experts and vendors, and take an active role in learning and retaining knowledge about specific business applications and operational technology equipment. Responsibilities: Provide daily IT support at the warehouse facility, becoming the first and final call for assistance. Collaborate with IT subject matter experts and vendors to expand knowledge on specific business operations. Take on the responsibility of becoming proficient in application and IT knowledge across the IT stack. Attend formal training to learn about operational technology equipment used at the warehouse. Develop documentation to aid peers and colleagues in supporting the environment round-the-clock. Handle initial calls and arrange frequent meetings with IT managers and other IT SME’s to assist in creating strategic fixes. Manage desktop hardware experiences, printer, hand scanners, and network cabling. Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, Desktop, laptops, internet connectivity). Administer client-side email and cloud-based application management. Handle onboarding and offboarding personnel technology (desktop, laptops, phones). Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive) and other software such as Active Directory, Azure AD user management for efficient operations. Manage print server and Windows 10, 11, iPhone, Android operating system.
