Description A prestigious healthcare company, that is passionate about providing the best healthcare services to our patients is looking to add to the growing team. We're in the search for a dedicated Healthcare Paralegal to join our legal team.Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation, filing, and management of all legal documents.
Conducting legal research and gathering case-related information.
Assisting in coordinating, preparing, and maintaining regulatory documents for our healthcare facilities.
Coordinating with different teams to ensure complete compliance with healthcare legislation and regulations.
Organizing and maintaining detailed legal files and databases for easy accessibility and workflow.
Corresponding and communicating professionally with outside counsel, vendors, and clients.
Helping prepare and draft legal reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Paralegal certification preferred.
Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically within the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and healthcare IT systems.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
Proficient in legal research tools and software.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
