About the Role
A fast-paced and kind family in Spring is searching for an experienced and dedicated Part-Time Housekeeper to manage the care and upkeep of their private residence. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to a respectful and well-organized household.
The home is 5,200 sq ft and requires a professional who is proactive and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The household consists of two adults, a toddler, a baby on the way, two dogs, and one cat.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6 hours per shift 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
$40+ per hour | Depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Perform cleaning and daily tidying of the main residence with high attention to detail.
Clean interior windows.
Sweep, vacuum, dust, and mop all areas to maintain a guest-ready home, with special attention to wood floor care and spot cleaning carpets as needed
Kitchen cleaning and sanitizing.
Use approved, non-toxic cleaning products.
Refill shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles.
Laundry, steaming/ironing, and sorting of dry cleaning.
Pickup/drop off dry cleaning as needed.
Put away grocery orders as needed.
Open to occasional errands, grocery shopping, dropping off dry cleaning etc.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of full-time housekeeping experience in high-caliber homes is preferred
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English (written and verbal).
Must be reliable, dependable, and comfortable with two medium-sized dogs and one cat.
Detail-oriented, able to follow directions, and takes initiative.
Experienced with or willing to learn non-toxic cleaning methods.
Understanding of how to care for high-end finishes and materials without using harsh chemicals.
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
