- 12+ years of experience leading IT organizations with a focus on security and support
- Experience working with auditors to resolve GRC compliance issues, Separation of Duties issues, and has some familiarity systems that support these efforts.
- Experience with Oracle ERP implementation/support - some cloud experience preferred
- Hands-on technology experience in the areas of development, comparative solution analysis, software implementation (i.e. installation, configuration, trouble shooting).
- Solid Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle's Procure to Pay, Account to Close, and Order to Cash solutions
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Support and other IT Service Delivery solutions like Service Now or Remedy
- Demonstrated leadership and implementation skills; Ability to multitask and manage multiple service issues in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools e.g. MS Projects etc.
