- Focal point for AMR Infrastructure Support model including "Connect to Operations taking direction from client Operational Manager as needed
- Drive Procedural adherence to documented Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment process and procedures
- Facilitate procedural adherence with peer Service Center, Application and End User services teams regionally
- Facilitate issues with support model after go-live involving people, process, and tools
- Involved in all escalations within the scope of delivery
- Periodic review with client trend analysis, Service Level Reporting
- Assist Operations Manager with Infrastructure Services Vendor Management
- Mentoring and motivating the Team for better performances
- Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to procedural improvements
- Lead projects such as continuous improvements and technology refresh
- Be the focal point for change management for the change of technologies
- Ability to work with vendors or other parties to complete tasks
- ITIL Foundation & Operations Certified
- Proficient with IT Service Management principals
- Proficient with Asset Management and CMDB concepts
- Proficient with Content Management Tools
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and proficient in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Project Management
- Proficient in the following competencies
