- SAP Team Leadership experience across the Functional modules SAP ECC HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors
- Monitoring and managing daily ERP operational support, IT services desk, and support functions to ensure optimal service to business partners.
- Work with Functional team members on service tickets to ensure they are meeting the Service level agreements.
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Hands-on Experience working with one or more of the SAP Modules HCM, Payroll and Success Factors.
- Work with technical team lead and make sure the Functional Specification requirements are accurate.
- Ability to own initiatives, make recommendations and mentor team members when needed.
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for major incident reviews.
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
