The role sits at the intersection of industrial systems, IT, and trading, ensuring reliable connectivity, performance, and integration of energy assets across multiple environments.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the SCADA engineering team, providing guidance and supportDesign, implement, and maintain SCADA and energy management systemsEnsure connectivity and integration of energy assets ( renewables, batteries, thermal assets)Collaborate with trading, IT, and infrastructure teamsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issuesEnsure compliance with cybersecurity and industry standardsSupport onboarding of new assets and maintain system documentationDevelop dashboards and tools to improve operational visibilityCoordinate with external vendors and partnersContribute to system architecture and continuous improvement initiatives
