We are seeking a Shift Manager - EDGAR Compliance Client Service member to join our team. This role is the epitome of Customer Service excellence, a professional who leads by example. The mannerisms of a successful Shift Manager combines professionalism, product-line knowledge gained through experience, and the highest level of service skills. This employee should be a guide for our clients to ensure that the Broadridge experience is a positive one from start to finish. This role is also one of the mentor, and the Manager must possess the skill and understanding to transfer knowledge to other Customer Service Associates to encourage learning, growth, and career development. A positive role model and future leader. This person will be fully versed in all aspects of general EDGAR Compliance work and have an excellent up to date working knowledge of all SEC regulatory requirements. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely. Primary Role & Responsibilities:

Manage high profile projects to exacting standards as defined by our markets and clients, ensuring clear communication and guidance is provided to our clients, internal and external, at all times; understand client needs and offer solutions before issues arise.

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage 6 to 11 personnel, without the need for assistance or partnering, with a multitude of jobs coming through the group throughout the shift.

Possess a positive, approachable demeanor/attitude towards our clients and co-workers that permeates the office environment positively.

Manage Overtime effectively manages time with tasks.

Valuing and maintaining on-going client relationships (internal and external) and understand the value of delivering World Class service to these clients to leverage the Broadridge brand in our market.

Be fully conversant with, and able to execute both simple and more complex regulatory filings; possess an in-depth knowledge of SEC regulatory requirements to better assist and advise our clients.

Have an in-depth knowledge of Broadridge systems and resources and utilize these in the best way to provide a seamless service environment.

Lead by example and develop a service-focused culture within the workplace

Stand in for Shift lead or Supervisor when necessary

Be a mentor figure to newer, less experienced Customer Service Associates and Customer Service Representatives, and to promote development in skill base for the team around you.

Seek out and play an integral part in developing new technology or process solutions that enhance efficiencies to improve our profitability or our service delivery ability.

Embraces and implements new product lines and solutions to both client and team members

Assist the Sales team in the sales process

Assist with recruiting efforts and retention programs

Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance including direct constructive feedback to team members

Performs other tasks as assigned by the company

Be aware of and involved in client job activity, new service platform offerings, and other initiatives. Should be actively involved in the service center and company initiatives.

Working understanding of EDGAR HTML, custom XML, XBRL, stylized proxies, printing, estimating, pricing, and invoicing processes, and methodologies

Ability to support production by working in EDGAR projects, performing quality assurance checks, and transmitting filing to the SEC on EDGAR.

Qualifications:

College degree or relevant work experience

Strong time and work management skills

Must possess analytical skills to help with the decision-making process

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong communications skills

Must be organized and capable of working independently

Flexible overtime and some weekends required
