In the Talent Acquisition, Recruiter role, you will contribute to the company’s commitment to serve others by implementing strategies and tactics to build and enhance the candidate experience.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:Talent Acquisition RecruiterDo you have experience in Talent Acquisitions and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the TA Recruiter role, you will assist the company’s commitment to serve others by recruiting and hiring employees in support of daily operations of the business unit while ensuring qualified and diverse applicant pools.Sourcing Strategy:

Partner closely with operating group level operations, human resources, recruiting associates and site management teams to understand the talent demands of the Caregiver role and support “top of funnel” processes to generate qualified leads and candidates.

Co-lead the implementation of strategic talent attraction methods that incorporate digital marketing, database technology, social media, employer branding, and community outreach to reach and attract relevant talent.

Attend local grass root, hiring events, and market driven attraction strategies.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Cultivate an understanding of the region’s job market and competitors to engage in fine-tuned, appropriate sourcing efforts.

Create and manage messaging, job postings and other tools and activities designed to attract talent and track the effectiveness of these efforts.

Harness the success of employee referral programs.

Communication:

Communicate needs for additional sourcing resources and support to leadership as appropriate.

Review and screen applicant resumes to evaluate qualifications and organization fit.

Manage communications between candidates, other Talent Acquisition team members and site managers (hiring managers).

Perform recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, etc.

Draft employment ads and determine appropriate external websites to recruit qualified applicants

Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents/employee files, and track applicants/corresponding documentation

Partner with leader to identify, troubleshoot then solution team roadblocks

Deliver a premium “white glove” Talent Acquisition service, ensuring an elevated and personalized experience for both candidates and hiring managers

Demonstrate proactive communication by consistently engaging with your supervisor hiring leaders, co-workers and candidates

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruiting

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to quickly establish rapport and relationships with peers and business leaders.

Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Excel, understanding and using best practices with ATS, CRM, Microsoft Suite

Demonstrates expertise in employing a comprehensive range of recruiting strategies, both technical and grassroots, particularly in demanding and competitive talent acquisitions markets

Strong identification with the company’s mission and values

Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met .
