Requirements:
Preference of at least 4+ years of cooking experience in Mexican Cuisine
Must be 18 years or older
High integrity
High energy
Enjoy working on a team
Organization skills
Ability to obtain a food handler certification
Spanish Bi-lingual is a plus+ but NOT required
Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Carmelita's
Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
Clean and Sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
Execute opening and closing procedures
