This position will cover several venues in Conroe / Montgomery area.
Will need reliable transportation and we actually do back round checks.
Core responsibilities
Inspection and troubleshooting: Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems.
Repairs: Repair or replace faulty components in systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Fix minor issues such as broken locks, damaged drywall, or leaking faucets.
Preventative maintenance: Implement and perform regular, scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently.
General upkeep: Perform tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, and general facility upkeep.
Safety and compliance: Ensure all safety systems (like fire alarms) are functional and comply with all safety regulations and building codes.
Record keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance and repair tasks performed.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and management on repairs and projects.
Key skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Knowledge of various trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical stamina and manual dexterity
