Requirements:
2+ years professional housekeeping experience
2+ years managerial experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Valid drivers license
Can lift 40 lbs and stand for 8+ hours regularly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must work weekends and Holidays

Customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Shifts are 6 days on, 1 day off, must work weekends, starting at 8:30am.
oversee the upkeep, inventory, and quality of 160+ rentals
manage a team of housekeepers and maintenance staff
ensure inventory in the office is stocked
ensure employee assets are up to date and maintained
perform employee evaluations and retraining when necessary
perfect work flow systems
maintain organization of the office
communicate regularly with distributors, landlords, staff, and customers
oversee training of new employees
perform quality control inspections
perform general maintenance tasks
company vehicle inspections and upkeep
linen control
oversee staff compliance to rules and expectations
perform general housekeeping duties
Available to work holidays
