7 Days PTO annually

Annual education reimbursement

Shift Hours: 1:30pm-8:00pm

Position: Part-Time Front Desk (20-25 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests warmly, assist with the check-in and check-out processes, verify guest identification, and ensure all payments are processed accurately.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to all guests by addressing questions, concerns, and special requests, ensuring a memorable experience at Wanderstay.

Reservations Management: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel's reservation system while keeping track of room availability and optimizing occupancy.

Communication Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for guests, connecting them with housekeeping, maintenance, or management as needed, and relaying information between departments.

Local Recommendations and Concierge Assistance: Offer recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions in East Downtown Houston and assist with transportation arrangements.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task effectively.
