About Us

Our 15 bed residential treatment center is committed to providing a nurturing environment tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of our patients - boys aged 10 - 17.

LCCA Responsibilities

The Licensed Child Care Administrator is responsible for the general administration of the facility and ensuring quality care, services, safety, and advocacy for our youth.

Reports directly to the CEO

Implementing individualized service plans for youth.

Completing all required documentation in line with licensing regulations and agency policies.

Ensuring facility compliance with government standards and SHYH policies.

Staff supervision and scheduling.

Collaboration with case managers, therapists, doctors, schools, and counselors.

Ensures the maintenance of youth records and compliance with all applicable state and local laws, standards, and regulations.

Ensuring the provision of planned but flexible program activities designed to meet the developmental needs of children.

Requirements:

Must have current Child Care Administrator's License in the State of Texas

Understanding of state licensing CCR standards, regulations, and accreditation procedures.

Awareness of the impact of domestic/family violence on children and commitment to trauma-informed care.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong supervisory and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to analyze situations accurately and develop effective action plans.

Independence in working, training, and evaluating staff performance.

Professionalism in establishing and nurturing meaningful relationships.
