We are hiring professional painters for full-time work on multi-family apartment complexes in the Houston area.
Requirements:
Must have experience with spray and roller painting
Skilled in tape and float, caulking, and texturing
Able to install baseboards and moldings
Must carry the majority of their own equipment (some tools provided to help speed up the job)
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
Not looking for beginners or part-time workers. This is a long-term, full-time position
Job Details:
Timing is crucial due to resident move-ins and move-outs; we need candidates who are efficient, quick, and detail-oriented.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am–6 pm (Some weekends may be required)
Job Sites: Multi-unit apartment complexes across Houston
Painting with water-based paint using 3 color types:
Bedrooms & Living Room: Flat Gray color
Kitchen, Bathrooms, Laundry, Pantry: Semi White color
Doors, Baseboards, Trims: Semi Gray color
Turnaround Times (must be met):
1 Bedroom: ½ day
2 Bedroom: Full day
3 Bedroom: 1.5 days
3-Story Apartments: 2 days
Pay:
$150–$180/day based on experience and quality of work
