Job Responsibilities:
The Floor Technician will be responsible for cleaning and general floor maintenance, including scrubbing, waxing, deep carpet cleaning, and ensuring compliance with the client’s specific requirements at each location. Duties also include assisting the Operations Manager with special services, being flexible to travel to different client locations, and be willing to complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
✅At least 1 year of experience in professional floor care (buffing, stripping, waxing, mopping, scrubbing)
✅Have janitorial experience or knowledge.
✅Valid driver’s license required
✅Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
✅Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
