Fourpoints Services has been is a specialty subcontractor that does commercial waterproofing and flooring for new ground up K-12 Schools, Tilt-Up Wall Construction Retail Shell, & Renovations. We install fluid applied air & water barriers, self-adhered flexible flashings at rough openings (windows), Building Insulation, Caulking/Sealants, Below Grade Waterproofing. We also install Epoxy, Polished Concrete, and Sealed Concrete flooring as well. We are seeking general laborers or experienced workers to fill some roles for upcoming major projects in the North Houston Area. We have a lot of projects kicking off in Houston, Montgomery, Waller, Tomball, Conroe, & Katy. You must provide your own transportation to and from the job. Be able to work from elevated heights safely (ladders, Lifts, & Scaffolding). Must be in good physical health condition and able to work in hot outside environments, as well as able to lift 55+lbs, sometimes overhead . Weather is cooling off now but it gets hot in the Spring time and Summers. W2 weekly pay. no health insurance or benefits offered. Overtime is offered most weeks. hours range from 40- 60/week.
Starting Pay is $17/Hr. 18-22 W/ Experience. Must be proficient in caulking and tooling joints or have waterproofing/flooring experience to be applicable for 18+/HR Pay. Please list work history & experience.
