As a Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for keeping the grounds tidy, ensuring common areas are clean, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks to ensure residents have a pleasant and safe environment to live.
Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including picking up trash, litter, and debris in common areas, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
Sweep, clean, and maintain all exterior walkways, stairs, and entryways.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager in a timely manner.
Ensure all outdoor equipment is in good working order and report any damages or concerns.
Be a friendly and approachable point of contact for residents and visitors, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere.
