IMMEDIATE Small Job for Repair Crew! House located in Eagle Lake, TX (one hour away from Houston)
We need someone who is familiar with property preservation and looking to establish a good working relationship for many more projects. We are looking to build a team and reliable workers.
Prefer someone who takes their work seriously and is looking to make a name for themselves in Texas.
You need your own supplies for work, and be on time with good communication. Do not apply if you are not serious!
Job Pays $675 for all work listed below. Must be completed fast!
1. Reglaze 36x40 two damaged windows located at interior.
2. Replace door trim in the house approx. 20 LF located at interior (8X3).
3. Remove small area of trash from house
4. Repair window frame
5. Secure crawl space with plywood, hasp, and padlock
6. Soffit and Fascia - Remove/Replace, approximately 10LF
Photos of work will be required to get paid: before/during/after photos to prove you did the job.
Equipment: Must have your own equipment and tools, mower, blower, ladder, trimmer, Garbage bags, etc.
