What your day might look like
· Complete all needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in
· Ensures apartments homes have been properly caulked and sealed as needed
· Performs touch-up paint for vacant and occupied units
· Complete make-ready checklist and all other required maintenance documentation required by the Service Supervisor
· Organize and maintain necessary supplies and tools
· Communicate unit status to Community Manager
A/C Technicians handle all related A/C troubleshooting and issues.
What we are looking for
· Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
