We are a subcontractor specializing in high-end outdoor living spaces, working closely with swimming pool builders, home builders and designers. Our projects include tile & coping, waterfalls, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, fire pits, fireplaces, pavers and artificial turf.
We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day pool and outdoor living construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and designers to ensure seamless execution
Manage project budgets, timelines, and materials
Conduct site visits to monitor quality and safety standards
Communicate project updates with clients and stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
Qualifications:
Proven experience in pool construction, outdoor living, or general contracting
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
