This position will be responsible for set up, repair and rebuilding vending, coffee systems at customer accounts or at our warehouse. The position works with Route Drivers, customers and management to fix all support calls as quickly as possible. The position consists of refurbishing, rebuilding, repairing equipment and performing preventative maintenance as needed. This includes replacing old parts with new, transporting related parts such as compressors, etc. When staging equipment prior to delivery perform tasks such as setting prices, collecting accurate and complete equipment information and communicating with office staff. Maintain an inventory of requisite spare parts on hand in order to complete all maintenance in a timely manner. Maintain positive customer experience to resolve, follow up and follow through on all open support calls.
Some mechanical and electronic knowledge preferred. Vending machine experience preferred.
Work Days are Monday - Friday
