Pack It Movers is a fast-growing, customer-focused moving company dedicated to providing seamless and stress-free moving experiences. We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual to join our team and take our digital advertising to the next level.
We are seeking a talented Facebook Ads & Video Content Specialist to manage our Facebook advertising campaigns from start to finish. You will be responsible for creating compelling ad content, editing engaging videos, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our moving services.
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook Ad Management: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
Ad Creation: Write persuasive ad copy and design eye-catching visuals (graphics and video) that resonate with our target audience.
Video Editing: Edit raw video footage (e.g., customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes of moves, service explainers) into short, engaging videos optimized for social media ads.
Audience Targeting: Research and define target audiences to ensure ads are reaching potential customers effectively.
Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives and copy, and provide regular reports on key metrics (e.g., Cost Per Lead, Click-Through Rate).
Budget Management: Manage the advertising budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing successful Facebook Ad campaigns, preferably for a local service-based business.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including targeting, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking.
A keen eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing ad content.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
(Bonus) Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
