Part Time Position
We are seeking a Marketing/Office Assistant to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create weekly marketing emails
-Social media posting and digital platforms
-Consistent digital engagement
-Maintain digital photo library of our completed projects
-Order marketing materials and handouts for conventions
-Help with other office tasks such as estimates, invoicing, entering bills, ordering materials, scheduling installations/deliveries, ordering office supplies, work with graphics department to generate digital mockups, answer telephone calls, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience with marketing and social media posting
-Proficiency in Word and Excel
-Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
-Willingness to learn and have a team player attitude
-Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
-Must be polite and have a pleasant demeanor on the phone
-Professionalism, reliable attendance and integrity
-Spanish is a PLUS!

Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM
