We are seeking a skilled Audio Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio production. As an Audio Technician, you will play a crucial role within our weekly services by providing support within the house as well as producing quality output via our livestream. If you are proficient in mixing and balancing, and you are comfortable with working at a fast pace, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate audio equipment for weekly services, mid-week bible study, and all special events.
Testing audio equipment for volume, tone, and clarity.
Perform post-production tasks such as editing, adding special effects, and ensuring a cohesive final product.
Collaborate with the media production team to create engaging video content
Troubleshoot technical issues during services and events
Maintain and organize equipment inventory
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in audio technology
Skills and Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an audio management role.
Advanced knowledge of sound and recording equipment.
Proficiency in recording, mixing, adjusting microphones & sound levels, and testing equipment functionality
Proficiency in post-production techniques
Exemplary communication and customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
A certification in audio production technology is a plus.
