Kelly has an exciting opportunity for a Operations IT Business Process Implementation Specialist focused on Reliability, Mechanical Integrity and Inspection work process utilizing GE APM.

This particular role will support Reliability and Mechanical Integrity work processes and solution implementation utilizing GE APM. This role will drive regional improvements in APM usage in support of the global reliability analytics implementation deliverables. This role will also be heavily focused on increasing usage of APM Risk Based Inspection, Thickness Monitoring and Inspection Management.

In this role, you will serve as an Operations IT/OT global subject matter expert providing first and second-level management and support of a defined set of global processes, procedures, and I/T applications, tools and systems aligned with one or more Operations IT/OT technology disciplines and/or business process areas.

Leads technical and work process support and oversight to enable adoption and use of corporate, best-in-class processes and applications by end users across all businesses and at all sites. Supports Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic technical, work process, and/or management system improvements within the corporate MET1 Operations IT/OT solution portfolio, including providing support of MET2 (business) and MET3 (site) applications as appropriate based on agreements. This role is part of the Operations IT/OT organization which is comprised of architecture, domain and business process experts who facilitate collaboration between function /discipline, business, and other cross-functional experts in the application of corporate level, best-in-class information technology (IT) to enable end-to-end businesses processes and related product and equipment digital threads from an Operations Excellence perspective. The basis of this collaboration is the shared objective of defining, delivering and supporting sustainable IT/OT solutions that provide optimal capability at minimal lifecycle cost to enable safe, reliable, quality, and productive Operations which support best-in-class Employee and Customer Experiences.

Responsibilities / Duties: · Serves as a global subject matter expert working across all businesses and sites to provide technical expertise and guidance related to system architecture, work process and related management system best practices. Ensures effective and efficient implementation of Operations IT/OT MET1 solutions across area(s) of scope (i.e., in support of improvements to current SAP functionality, plant start-ups, new business implementations, etc.) · Executes the strategy for management of end user and/or super user networks to strengthen collaboration and improve overall site/Business Operations IT/OT performance and system effectiveness and efficiency. · Leads and supports development, testing, and implementation of Operations IT/OT solutions (applications and tools) in support of business processes, work processes, and policies and procedures. · Executes the strategy and monitors effectiveness of routine support of user issues across all regions and sites. Provides advanced training, consulting, metrics, support and troubleshooting activities and coordinates appropriate life cycle management of IT/OT applications within area(s) of scope. Assures resolution of issues, escalating support needs appropriately. · Coordinates and executes creation, update, management, and use of job aids, training materials, and metrics related to IT applications and tools, system functionality, and related work processes. · Develops, implements and monitors performance measures related to system functionality, work process and application life cycle management and leads strategic gap closure activities and other opportunities for improvement and Business Process adoption. · May lead, coordinate and/or execute improvement initiatives related to the area of focus, including training, document updates, metric updates, stakeholder management and other change management activities. · Coordinates, identifies need and executes functional and cross-functional training related to area of scope. Leads leveraging of best practices and sharing of learning experiences across applicable networks. · Leads and supports large project and Merger/Acquisition/Divestiture activities, including data (unstructured and structured) identification/cleansing/transfer/validation, testing, health checks, defect resolution, etc. Sets and executes the strategy for business and site integration and carve out relative to area of scope. · Assures business process expertise and contracted support are provided to on-site Joint Ventures, 3rd Party / i-Park clients based on established agreements.

Required Qualifications: · A Minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class ranking plus at least 5 years of manufacturing or IT/IS related experience OR a minimum of a high school diploma/GED plus at least 8 years of relevant experience (e.g.) Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Maintenance, Turnaround or related technical field. · 5+ years of experience in the usage of GE APM · A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States or Canada. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency () process. · Preferred Qualifications: · 5 years of plant maintenance, reliability, mechanical integrity and/or inspection experience in various roles · 5 years in usage of GE APM Risk Based Inspection, Thickness Monitoring and/or Inspection Management modules in day to day activities · 5 years of experience utilizing GE's APM environment · 5 years of experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) · Project management knowledge or certification such as 6 sigma
