Job description
Read and sign work orders before starting on the production of parts
Prepare rubber and locate all needed raw materials for the project
May insert metal parts in mold cavities to join with rubber during the process
Close mold and push parts into the press or move lever to raise the lift-table
Set timer for specified curing time
Pull mold from press and strip articles from the mold
Tear flash ring from edge of work-pieces
Remove rind from molds using bars and other non-destructive hand tools
Assist in other departments as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Must have Rubber press experience
