We are looking for a hard working, energetic individual to take on the roll of Quality Control / Screen Technician at our screen printing facility. You will be in charge of watching print quality, counting and closing orders as well as burning and cleaning screens. You will easily get a full time work week 8:30 am -5:00 pm hourly+sales commissions. Overtime is paid and we get last minute rush orders so you must be flexible to stay late or work Saturdays. We are located by 610 and 45N. We have a positive and fun yet serious atmosphere that works on quality and deadlines. This is a position where you will constantly be moving and changing roles, not for the lazy or slow on their feet.
Must be:
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Dependable
-Able to be on feet and moving all day
-Good eyes and attention to detail
-Ability to work with light chemicals and power washers in a ventilated but enclosed enviroment
-Follow instructions. pay attention and meet deadlines
-Lift boxes up to 50lbs
-Deal with heat, no ac in warehouse
Tasks:
-Keep an eye on the approved print sample and make sure all of the shirts coming out look the same
-Stop printers to trouble shoot quality issues
-Stand at end of conveyor dryer and stack shirts as they come out
-Take final counts, pack and close the orders
-Keep screen cleaned, emulsion and available on a weekly basis
-Burn screens quickly and correctly for upcoming orders
