We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) receptionist/ customer service representative to join our team for the upcoming tax season. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and able to communicate clearly with clients in both languages.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service
Answering the phone calls, emails, and messages in English and Spanish
Assisting clients with completing intake forms and uploading documents
Scheduling appointments and maintaining office organization
Preparing and sending PandaDoc form when needed
Collecting and verifying client information
Supporting tax preparers and managers with daily workflow
Helping maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English & Spanish
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, PDF, scheduling)
Prior tax office or customer service experience is a PLUS
