Administrator is the primary point of contact for servicing our customers by fulfilling their request. You will be responsible for making 200-300 outbound and inbound calls, along with some administrative duties including but not limited to the following: data entry, entering payments, processing false alarm report, billing, and responding to emails among others. The job requires knowledge of customer service processes and procedures, collection experience, strong inter-personal skills, ability to multi-task, and a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs. Providing timely and effective responses to our customer’s requests are key skills required for this position. Attendance is important. Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Experience working in a collections/outbound call center environment
-Pleasant and Professional telephone etiquette
-Take charge attitude
-Enjoys the challenges that a customer service job can present
-Good verbal and written communications skills.
-Computer literate and basic typing skills
-Regular and punctual attendance is a must
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task
-All applicants must pass an extensive background clearance and drug screening.
