Our showroom and inventory are open to the public for viewing; however, we do not disclose any pricing to the general public. We are dedicated to providing outstanding service and assisting our clients in selecting the perfect materials for their projects.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will not only greet visitors and handle inquiries but also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your goal is to create a welcoming environment while supporting our sales team and assisting with our inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in our showroom, providing information about our materials (pricing details are not disclosed to the public).

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and schedule appointments.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Take photographs of new materials and upload them to our inventory management system using the company's cellphone.

Assist clients with viewing inventory and provide general product information.

Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing emails.

Support the sales team with client communications and appointment coordination.

Opportunity for commission based on achieving certain monthly goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, if not Clara will train you.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Company will provide cellphone for taking and uploading photos of inventory & communicating with clients.

What We Offer:

Pay starting at $12/Hour

Pay is Weekly +40Hours

Monday-Saturday

Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM

Saturday 9AM-2PM
