we are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assistant who enjoys both lab responsibilities and clinical support. This hybrid role is essential to the smooth operation of our diagnostic and lab services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform blood draws, urine tox, and urine micro tests

· Conduct in-house diagnostic testing

· Schedule follow-up lab visits and fax labs to specialists

· Manage lab inventory and order supplies

· Run controls on Abbott machines and glucose monitors

· Review and attach faxed records to patient charts

· Maintain supply logs, regulatory logs and restock as needed

· Process DME equipment paperwork

Qualifications:

· Certified Phlebotomy Technician or Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience

· Familiarity with lab procedures and EHR systems

· Strong organizational and documentation skills

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
