Small real-estate office looking for secretary/ executive assistant.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Scan and file
- Some knowledge of Excel and Word
- Answer phones / take messages
- Check and reply to emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Drive owner to appointments
- Retrieve lunch for owner
-Assist owner with Apple phone and/or other electronics
Light cleaning/Organizing
Must have valid Drivers License
No experience needed, will train
