Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in keeping our office and field operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and enjoys supporting a busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phones, emails, and customer communication
Maintain job files, permits, and documentation
Communicate with project managers, vendors, and customers
Coordinate all steps of the sign permitting process with the city and customers
Enter work orders, track projects, and update job statuses
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping
Order materials and manage inventory as needed
Support general office operations (filing, data entry, reporting)
