Community Management, LLC is currently seeking to expand its team by hiring the following positions:
Lead Maintenance- Performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, Amenities, and common areas of the property meet the company’s standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks.
Assistant Maintenance-Perform various maintenance duties for residential units including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, cleaning units and grounds for inspections and new occupancy. Provide exceptional service while assessing and repairing the property.
Make Ready Tech- The Apartment Make Ready Technician performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order. An Apartment Make Ready Technician ensures that empty apartment homes are fully prepared for future residents. Responsibilities include preparing apartment homes for move-in including painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
It's a full-time 40+ hours a week position located in Northwest Houston. Good compensation and benefits package- medical, holiday, vacation, and sick time offered.
Also available to any position, is the option to live onsite in a nice 1,2-, or 3-bedroom apartment.
