Responsibilities will include:
· Leasing
Marketing on social media and field marketing
· Resident relations
· Work Order Input
· Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects
· Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 3+ years previous experience in property management – will check references
· Computer skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Excellent follow up skills via email and phone
· Professional presentation
· Friendly, energetic and great people skills
· Onesite experience
