We are looking to hire a full time Porter and Make Ready Technician who will be responsible for the following:
- To work as a team with the rest of the maintenance staff and respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
- To maintain cleanliness and condition of the interior and exterior of the property.
- To conduct turns of vacated units including making them ready for new tenants to occupy and performing janitorial duties.
- To clean and maintain pool and hot tub.
- To have a professional and positive attitude.
- To be self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
- To be organized, detailed, and have excellent an work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Previous Maintenance/apartment make ready experiences is a must.
- Pool Maintenance Certification required.
- Must be neat, well groomed, well-spoken and able to interact with residents.
- A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
